Приводятся данные о синтезе кортикостероидов в коре надпочечников и обсуждается возможность применения различных биохимических маркеров в неонатальном скрининге и более поздней диагностике врожденной дисфункции коры надпочечников, в том числе 21-дезоксикортизола в крови и прегнантриола и прегнантриалона в моче.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper deals with the problems In the biochemical diagnosis of congenital adrenal hyperplasia caused mainly by adrenal 21-hydroxylase deficiency.
