Уровени андрогенов в крови (тестостерон, дигидротестостерон, дегидроэпиандростерон), кортикостероидов (гидрокортизон, прогестерон, 17-гидроксипрогестерон, 17-гидроксипрегнандиол) и альдостерона были радиоиммуноанализированы. Повышение уровня андрогенов (тестостерона и дигидротестостерона) в крови экспериментальных животных в период полового созревания было связано с достоверным снижением концентрации кортикостероидов, наиболее выраженным у обезьян с максимальным повышением содержания тестостерона. Выявленные гормональные изменения не влияли на минералокортикоидную функцию коры надпочечников, поскольку уровень альдостерона оставался неизменным на протяжении всего периода наблюдения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Testicular and adrenocortical endocrine function was followed up for 1 year in pubertal male Papio hamadryas. Blood levels of androgens (testosterone, dihydrotestosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone), corticosteroids (hydrocortisone, progesterone, 17-hydtpxyprogesterone, 17-hydroxvpregnanediol), and aldosterone were radioimmunoassayed. An increase of androgen levels (testosterone and dihydrotestosterone) in the blood of experimental animals during puberty was associated with a reliable reduction of corticosteroid concentration, most expressed in monkeys with the maximal increase of testosterone content.
