Хотя все эти гипогликемические средства благоприятно влияют на микроциркуляцию при достижении компенсации углеводного обмена, глюренорм улучшает состояние форменных элементов крови (агрегация эритроцитов и тромбоцитов) более заметно, чем остальные препараты, что позволяет рекомендовать его в качестве препарата выбора для больных сахарным диабетом II типа средней тяжести с преимущественным вовлечением клеточного компонента микроциркуляции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Analysis of the effects of glurenorm and some sulfonylurea drugs, such as maninil, minidiab, chlorpropamid, on some parameters of intravascular microcirculation has demonstrated the specific features of this drug.
