Среди 8457 детей, находящихся на лечении генотропином, сведения о которых внесены в базу данных международного мониторинга роста фирмы «Каби Фармация» (КИГС) до июня 1992 г., 818 пациентов были с синдромом Тернера (СТ). Побочные эффекты, классифицированные как «серьезные» и «несерьезные», зарегистрированы у 62. Основываясь на данных относительно побочных эффектов, можно полагать, что клиническая переносимость гормона роста (ГР) при СТ сравнима с наблюдаемой при лечении ГР больных с недостаточностью ГР.

Among 8457 children undergoing treatment with genotropin included in the database of international growth monitoring of the Kabi Pharmacia firm (KIGS) until June 1992, 818 patients were with Turner syndrome (TS). Side effects, classified as “serious” and “not serious”, were registered in 62. Based on the data regarding side effects, it can be assumed that the clinical tolerance of growth hormone (GH) in TS is comparable to that observed in the treatment of GR in patients with GH deficiency.
