The Endocard is also aimed at maximizing the opportunity for professionals and researchers on various scientific issues. Registries are the potential informational and analytical platform to achieve this goal. They include the basic information on the epidemiological and clinical features of the most severe diseases such as diabetes mellitus. Given the lack of large-scale epidemiological data on the parathyroid glands pathology — primary hyperparathyroidism and hypoparathyroidism — the registers of these diseases that collects a common dataset and clinician and patient reported outcomes are of particular interest.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>первичный гиперпаратиреоз</kwd><kwd>гипопаратиреоз</kwd><kwd>регистры</kwd><kwd>паратгормон</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>primary hyperparathyroidism</kwd><kwd>hypoparathyroidism</kwd><kwd>registers</kwd><kwd>parathyroid hormone</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">работа выполнена в рамках государственного задания №AAAA-A18-118051590060-2.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="cit1"><element-citation><name><surname>Bilezikian</surname> <given-names>John P.</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Brandi</surname> <given-names>Maria Luisa</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Eastell</surname> <given-names>Richard</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Silverberg</surname> <given-names>Shonni J.</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Udelsman</surname> <given-names>Robert</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Marcocci</surname> <given-names>Claudio</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Potts</surname> <given-names>John T.</given-names> </name> <article-title>Guidelines for the Management of Asymptomatic Primary Hyperparathyroidism: Summary Statement from the Fourth International Workshop</article-title> <source>The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology &amp; Metabolism</source> <year>2014</year> <month>08</month> <fpage>3561</fpage> <lpage>3569</lpage> <volume>99</volume> <issue>10</issue> <object-id pub-id-type="doi" specific-use="metadata">10.1210/jc.2014-1413</object-id></element-citation></ref><ref id="cit2"><element-citation><name><surname>Dedov</surname> <given-names>Ivan I.</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Melnichenko</surname> <given-names>Galina A.</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Mokrysheva</surname> <given-names>Natalia G.</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Rozhinskaya</surname> <given-names>Liudmila Y.</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Kusnezov</surname> <given-names>Nikolay S.</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Pigarova</surname> <given-names>Ekaterina A.</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Eremkina</surname> <given-names>Anna K.</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Egshatyan</surname> <given-names>Lilit V.</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Mamedova</surname> <given-names>Elizaveta O.</given-names> </name> <name><surname>Krupinova</surname> <given-names>Julia A.</given-names> </name> <article-title>Primary hyperparathyroidism: the clinical picture, diagnostics, differential diagnostics, and methods of treatment</article-title> <source>Problems of Endocrinology</source> <year>2017</year> <month>01</month> <fpage>40</fpage> <lpage>77</lpage> <volume>62</volume> <issue>6</issue> <object-id pub-id-type="doi" specific-use="metadata">10.14341/probl201662640-77</object-id></element-citation></ref><ref id="cit3"><element-citation><name><surname>Paik</surname> <given-names>J.
