Подходы к терапии ГАН до конца не изучены. Предполагается, что лечение агонистами дофаминовых рецепторов может вызвать ухудшение психического состояния пациентов. Изучалось влияние терапии каберголином у 44 пациентов с ГАН. Было показано, что длительная терапия гиперпролактинемии каберголином является эффективной и безопасной у пациентов, страдающих психическими расстройствами. Частота обострений психического расстройства в группе пациентов, принимавших каберголин, была ниже, чем в контрольной. Коррекция ГАН каберголином у пациентов с психозами сопровождалась значимым улучшением репродуктивной и сексуальной функций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Hyperprolactinemia associated with intake of neuroleptics (HAN) is a commonest endocrine disorder encountered in psychiatric practice. Approaches to the treatment of this condition remain to be developed. It is supposed that the use of dopamine receptor agonists may cause deterioration of the patients' psychic status. We have studied the influence of therapy with cabergolin on 44 patients presenting with HAN. It was shown that the long-term treatment using cabergolin is a safe and efficacious therapeutic modality for the patients suffering from psychic disorders. The frequency of exacerbation of psychic disorders in the group of patients treated with cabergolin was lower than in the control group.
