Наряду с генетическими исследованиями для диагностики заболевания возможно исследование уровня антител к интерферонам 1-го типа, в частности к интерферонам-ω и -α2. Приведен обзор литературы, касающейся интерферонов 1-го типа, антител к ним и патофизиологии процессов, индуцируемых антителами к интерферонам.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Type 1 autoimmune polyglandular syndrome (type 1APS) is a rare genetic disease resulting from mutations in the AIRE gene. Diagnostics of this pathology is based not only on the results of genetic studies but also on the measurement of the level of antibodies against type 1 interferons, such as interferon-ω and interferon-α2.
