Вторичные образования яичек у пациентов с врожденной дисфункцией коры надпочечников

По данным зарубежной литературы, частота вторичных образований яичек у пациентов с ВДКН достигает 90%. В России плановый скрининг TART-опухолей у пациентов мужского пола с ВДКН не проводится. Однако отдаленные последствия данной патологии (бесплодие, обструктивные заболевания яичек) требуют более пристального внимания к ней уже в детском возрасте.
