Лабораторная диагностика феохромоцитомы

Аннотация

Биохимический диагноз феохромоцитомы базируется на измерении норметанефрина и метанефрина в плазме или в суточной моче. Если концентрации метанефрина и норметанефрина в 4 раза превышают верхнюю границу нормы или уровень экскреции норметанефрина >1500 мкг/сут, а метанефрина >700 мкг/сут, то проведение дополнительных тестов нецелесообразно, дальнейшее обследование должно быть направлено на определение локализации опухоли. У пациентов с повышением данных показателей в пределах "серой зоны" необходимо исключение влияния лекарственных препаратов и проведение подтверждающего теста (тест с клонидином) и/или оценка уровня хромогранина А.
