Лечение первичного гиперальдостеронизма

Аннотация

Обзор литературы посвящен лечению основных нозологических форм первичного гиперальдостеронизма - альдостеронпродуцирующей аденоме (АПА) и идиопатическому гиперальдостеронизму (ИГА). Охарактеризовано периоперационное ведение пациентов с АПА, у которых хирургическое лечение является методом выбора. ИГА, представленный двусторонними микро- или макронодулярными изменениями, обусловливает необходимость назначения лекарственной терапии, в первую очередь антагонистов минералокортикоидных рецепторов (спиронолактон). В статье описаны фармакологические стандарты лекарственной терапии пациентов с ИГА и пациентов с АПА при невозможности проведения хирургического лечения.
