Первичный гиперальдостеронизм является одной из распространенных причин артериальной гипертензии. Представлен диагностический протокол первичного гиперальдостеронизма, а также методика проведения сравнительного селективного забора крови из надпочечниковых вен - единственного метода дифференциальной диагностики различных нозологических форм первичного гиперальдостеронизма. Описан клинический случай идиопатического гиперальдостеронизма.
