Выбор пероральных сахароснижающих средств: современный взгляд на проблему

Рассматриваются преимущества комбинированной терапии сахарного диабета (СД) глибенкламидом и метформином. К важнейшим преимуществам фиксированных комбинаций следует отнести низкие дозы каждого лекарственного компонента без потери противодиабетической эффективности, существенное сокращение побочных эффектов со стороны ЖКТ, минимизацию рисков гипогликемических реакций и др. Фиксированная комбинация глибенкламида и метформина позволяет использовать простые гибкие схемы терапии, повышает комплаентность больных, обеспечивает психологический комфорт и улучшает качество жизни.
