Воспаление жировой ткани (часть 7). Немедикаментозное лечение

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены экспериментальные и клинические данные об угнетении воспаления жировой ткани (ВЖТ) регулярной физической активностью и ограничением калорийности питания (ОКП). В ослаблении ВЖТ имеет значение уменьшение ожирения, стимуляция секреции глюкокортикоидов, улучшение толерантности к глюкозе, активация гормезиса. Обсуждены благоприятные эффекты миметиков ОКП: омега-3-жирных кислот, расвератрола, нарингенина, гесперидина, куркумина, а также средиземноморской диеты.
