Развитие тяжелой остеомаляции после билиопанкреотического шунтирования по поводу морбидного ожирения: клинический случай

Аннотация

Билиопанкреатическое шунтирование (БПШ) - одна из наиболее эффективных бариатрических операций при морбидном ожирении. Однако помимо стойкого снижения массы тела и нивелирования ряда заболеваний, ассоциированных с ожирением, после оперативного лечения существует риск костно-метаболических нарушений. Описан клинический случай остеомаляции, развившейся в отдаленном периоде после БПШ на фоне отсутствия регулярного приема лекарственных препаратов и медицинского наблюдения.
