Подходы к рациональному выбору ингибиторов фосфодиэстеразы 5-го типа у пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми и эндокринными заболеваниями

Аннотация

После появления на лекарственном рынке четырех ингибиторов фосфодиэстеразы 5-го типа (ИФДЭ5) - силденафила, тадалафила, варденафила и уденафила, предназначенных для лечения эректильной дисфункции, перед врачами и пациентами встал вопрос о выборе среди них наиболее оптимального препарата. В статье проводится сравнение эффективности и безопасности различных ИФДЭ5, обсуждаются подходы к их рациональному выбору при лечении у пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми и эндокринными заболеваниями. В сравнительных контролируемых исследованиях не получено достоверных данных о более высокой эффективности и безопасности того или иного препарата из этой группы. Тем не менее имеющиеся на сегодняшний день данные позволяют говорить о более высокой комплаентности при приеме варденафила и тадалафила. Указывается на целесообразность применения варденафила при наличии фоновой патологии. Отмечается высокий профиль безопасности всех представителей ИФДЭ5, однако для варденафила не характерны типичные нежелательные реакции.
