Гипергрелинемия при синдроме Прадера-Вилли

Аннотация

Изучена пре- и постпрандиальная секреция грелина у детей с синдромом Прадера-Вилли (СПВ). В статье представлены результаты клинического и гормонально-метаболического исследования 17 препубертатных детей с генетически подтвержденным диагнозом СПВ, 15 больных с экзогенно-конституциональным ожирением и 10 здоровых детей. У пациентов с СПВ выявлена пре- и постпрандиальная гипергрелинемия.
