Влияние нарушений жирового обмена на фертильность мужчин репродуктивного возраста и эффективность программ ЭКО

Аннотация

Избыточная масса тела и ожирение у мужчин репродуктивного возраста негативно влияют на репродуктивную систему и являются причиной их инфертильности. Широкое распространение ожирения и резкое снижение рождаемости в развитых странах способствуют интенсивному изучению механизмов, посредством которых избыток жировой ткани воздействует на фертильность мужчины. Представлены данные литературы об изменении гормонального профиля и уровня адипокинов, нарушениях сперматогенеза у мужчин с нарушением жирового обмена, а также об особенностях лечения бесплодия при помощи вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий.
