Инциденталомы гипофиза: клиника, диагностика, дифференциальная диагностика и методы лечения

Аннотация

Инциденталомы относятся к наиболее часто встречающимся образованиям гипоталамо-гипофизарной области. Диагностика, тактика ведения, показания к хирургическому вмешательству при инциденталомах гипофиза являются актуальной проблемой для широкого круга специалистов. Проблема диагностики инциденталом связана с отсутствием специфической клинической симптоматики и надежных биохимических маркеров заболевания. Современные лабораторные методы не позволяют на диагностическом этапе определить патологическую гормональную секрецию, склонность к инвазивно-инфильтративному росту, признаки «агрессивности», что значимо осложняет выбор оптимальной тактики и оценку отдаленных результатов лечения. Учитывая актуальность проблемы, создана Рабочая группа для разработки Федеральных рекомендаций, основанных на принципах доказательной медицины. Опыт международных и отечественных экспертов стал основой для создания федеральных клинических рекомендаций по инциденталомам гипофиза, в которых собрана имеющаяся информация по данной проблеме.
